By accessing or using AI Hiring Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations and their team members.
AI Hiring Studio provides an AI-powered recruitment platform including candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, team collaboration tools, and outreach capabilities. Features are accessed via a credit-based system.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Each organization is responsible for its team members' use of the Service.
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when using AI features (screening, sourcing, contact reveal, outreach). Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.
You are the data controller for all candidate data you upload or collect through the Service. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates and complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. We process candidate data on your behalf as a data processor.
Candidate data sourced through third-party integrations (including LinkedIn via Exa and contact data via Apollo.io) must be used in compliance with those platforms' terms of service and applicable privacy regulations.
AI screening scores, summaries, and recommendations are generated by automated systems and are intended to assist — not replace — human judgment. You are solely responsible for all hiring decisions made using the Service. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified personnel.
You agree to use the outreach features in compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass candidates, or engage in deceptive outreach practices.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including AI providers), or force majeure events may affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Hiring Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
